Introspection and Humor

In this busy world, I find it incredibly important to have time to laugh and reflect. I want people to start having internal discussions. Challenge yourself and learn to become more passionate about your beliefs, while having a release from the every-day drain. I meditate often and promote this experience, it helps us tap into things inside our minds that we don't often attempt to connect with. If we can get beyond ourselves and our self-imposed limitations, we will be able to accomplish so much more.

Welcome

I have long wanted to create a website with jokes, sarcasm and humorous stories to circulate to you. Seriously, specifically to you. Right now as you read this, evaluate the mood that you are in. You need to. I have found that humor allows me to continue to live this chaotic life. Social work is usually for boring people. But I am revolutionizing the field. I will singlehandedly make a new name for therapists. Consider this therapeutic comedy.

I know people that hate to laugh. It's disgusting. If you're one of them, don't visit my site again. I've had it with people who refuse to laugh at me. If you have concerns with any of the posts that you will soon find on here, you are welcome to let me know. Send questions to my editor. She will probably discard them. More importantly, you may want to contribute an idea of your own. Always welcome.

I had no idea you were so into meditation! Sometimes I have to meditate every wednesday for ten minutes because your sister makes me crazy! Ha ha.. that was mostly a joke. She does make me crazy but I still love her. I have to meditate for many reasons.
Okay I'm done.
