A New Adventure
I hope your day has been a great one. Take just a minute or two to reflect on this past week. What amazing things have you accomplished? Have you received the appropriate recognition? Perhaps you can reward yourself in a small way, some new clothes, a night out, a 'mental-health day' off from work. It's so important to focus on your productivity rather than the shortcomings. Burnout is a reality for so many of us, and we all need to take that time to pat ourselves on the back, toot our own horns, put that feather in our cap, and all those other sayings.
